Cloud Solutions Architect (Azure/AWS)
Are you an experienced architect with a vision for designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions? Do you have deep knowledge of Azure and AWS? Looking for a senior role where you drive impactful transformations? Then we’re looking for you!
As a Cloud Solutions Architect at DevPort, you advise clients and design complex cloud infrastructure. You advise on cloud strategy, help with selecting the right services, and design multi-tier architectures that meet current and future client needs. You work with DevOps engineers, security specialists, and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
At DevPort, you’re employed by us, but work on secondment for our clients. You get the freedom and rewards of entrepreneurship, with the security of a permanent contract.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with at least 5 years as an architect
- In-depth knowledge of Azure (AKS, App Service, Azure DevOps, Security Center) AND/OR AWS (EKS, EC2, Lambda, IAM)
- Expertise in cloud security architectures and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA)
- Infrastructure as Code and automation expertise
- Microservices and serverless architecture knowledge
- Cost optimization and cloud financial management
- Networking, storage, and database architecture
- Proven experience with successful cloud migrations and transformations
- Consultancy and communication skills at C-level
- Strong problem-solving skills
What sets you apart:
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification (or higher)
- DevOps expertise
- Kubernetes knowledge
- Security architecture background
- Experience with cloud governance frameworks
- Machine Learning / AI platform knowledge
